Your information,
handled with care.

Why we ask for these details
Ever After Studio uses the names, wedding details, contact information, and notes you submit to locate possible archive materials, verify your connection to a collection, manage the request queue, send a confirmation email, and contact you about a private handoff.
Where your request goes
Your request is securely stored for review by the studio’s archive administrator. We use service providers to operate the website, deliver email, and manage the archive handoff. Your information is not displayed to other clients or published on this website.
Cookies and technical information
We use essential session and security cookies to operate the form. The hosting service may record technical access logs, including IP addresses. The form applies submission limits and spam checks. This request site does not add advertising or marketing trackers.
What not to send
Please do not include government identity documents, passwords, payment information, or private attachments. Verification will be arranged separately. Submitting a request does not automatically grant access to a collection.
Corrections and deletion requests
If details change, reply to your confirmation email at archive@evraftr.com with your request reference, or submit the corrected information through the form. You can also use the form’s additional details to request a correction or deletion of your request information. We review these requests manually; they do not instruct us to delete the wedding media itself.
Keeping the handoff record
We retain request and review records while arranging and documenting the handoff. No automatic deletion date is set for these records. Information collected here is used for this archive process, not added to a marketing list.
